If your address search doesn’t show a result in the Address Search field when entering the receiver’s details, click on the link Can’t find address?
This will prompt you to enter a postcode, confirm the suburb location and enter the street address. Next, click Locate.
The website will open a map showing the address location marked with a pin. I
- Select the Yes checkbox
- Select the checkbox confirming responsibility if an incorrect address has been entered
- Click OK
If the address is not correct then you will be prompted to drop a pin on the map in the location you are sending to.
Please note: giving incorrect address details may lead to delayed delivery times and incur extra charges.
