Signing up to myFastway is easy. If you are a new customer to Aramex Australia, simply click here and Register your details for your account. You can create an account using your:
- Email address;
- Facebook account; or
- Google account.
Once you've registered your account, you will receive a confirmation email to validate your account through the link provided. If you do not receive the email, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
After you have validated your email address, you will need to select the country you are in, select ‘No’ when asked if you are an existing customer and finalise your contact details. Please ensure you read through our Conditions of Carriage and then you are set and ready to go!
If you are an existing Aramex Australia customer changing over to the myFastway platform, follow the above steps up until you are asked if you are an existing customer. Select ‘Yes’, fill out your contact details, Customer Number and an Invoice Number. Next, confirm your details, read the Conditions of Carriage and Save your details.
