There may be times where you need to update your address in the aramexConnect portal, as an example your business may relocate. When this happens a new aramexConnect account is created for you. This is because your new address may be serviced by another courier and your account is must be linked to the courier who services that territory.
How do I view reports for previous addresses?
- Go to the ‘Administration’ tab in our account and select ‘Reports’ from the drop down.
- In the ‘Reports’ screen, select ‘Historic Accounts’.
- In this screen you will be able to select from the accounts linked to your previous addresses.
- Reports that are run will be reflective of the activity that happened on the selected historic account.
