What is a Default Delivery Choice?
The Default Delivery Choice is the delivery option assigned to your account. Setting a Default Delivery Choice will save you time when consigning parcels. It will be automatically selected when you reach the ‘Additional service’ screen when creating a shipment as well as when you use manifest upload or API without specifying a Delivery Choice.
How do I set a default Delivery Choice?
- Go to the ‘Administration’ tab in your aramexConnect account and select ‘Options’ from the drop down.
- In the ‘Consignments’ screen, select the desired Default Delivery Choice from the ‘Default delivery options’ drop down. This will now be the default Delivery Option for your account
