Can I set a Low Balance Alert for my Wallet?

Yes, if you have a wallet account, you can set a trigger limit and an email recipient for an alert when you are low on balance.

When your wallet balance goes below your trigger limit, an email will be sent to you to remind you to top up and continue consigning.

Here are the steps:

1. In the aramexConnect portal, go to the Administration tab.
2. Select the Options screen.
3. Open the Transactions section.
4. Enter the balance you want to trigger the alert, the email to receive the alert and the email to receive the top up receipt.
